​Upon completion of the quote form and photo submission, our elf team will promptly begin working on your quote and aim to respond within a few hours. We will send you a rendering of your project along with the cost estimate. Our team will work closely with you to achieve your desired outcome.
Maintenance
Contact us if a problem should occur with your lighting after installation. We will make every effort to fix it within 24 hours. We also conduct regular quality checks to ensure our products are up to standard.
Installation
We will contact you on the day of your installation to inform you when our team will arrive. We will bring all the supplies needed and install commercial grade lighting. Our elf team will bring your lighting project to life so you can sit back and enjoy the holidays.
Removal and Storage
After the holidays our team will return to take down all of the products and store them in our temperature controlled warehouse.
