When should I fill out the Quote Form?
It is never to early to submit your form, in fact it is recommended. Booking early helps us ensure that you will get better scheduling preferences along with the possibility of an Early Bird Discount! Don't wait, BOOK NOW!!! *Early Bird Discount ENDS AUGUST 31 @11:59PM!*
Is there a way to prepare for the season?
YES!!! We ask all of our clients to make sure that their GFCI's are checked and in good working order. We advise this to reduce service calls due to insufficient power sources. We also ask that shrubs, bushes and trees be hedged or trimmed before our lighting installation as lines can easily be cut and damaged due to landscaping. We happily provide service calls as long as the client is not abusing this complementary service!
Can we use your lights?
No, we do not use client's products so we can ensure that only the highest quality of commercial products are in place. With this in mind, charlotteELFpros provides our own lighting products to you every season so you don't have to worry about installation, removal or storage either.
